- Dr. Shyh-Dar Li has been invited to join the College of Reviewers, CIHR. The vision of the College is to establish an internationally recognized, centrally managed resource to support excellence in peer review for diverse and emerging health research and knowledge translation activities. The College is intended to be a national resource that, over time, will serve the peer review needs of CIHR and its partners.
- Wei-Lun Tang, PhD candidate, has been named a 2017 recipient of a CIHR Doctoral Research Award. This 3-year award is worth $30,000 per year plus a research allowance of $5,000 per year.
